For the full service it’s ideal for us to be involved in a project as early as possible to ensure we fully understand your usage of the space and how it can best serve you. This would either be at a similar time to you appointing an architect or if preferred we can recommend someone most suited to your project. We can guide you through the planning permission process and advise on what surveyors and engineers are required (if any).

We have a wide range of trusted suppliers and construction teams who we have experience working with and can help compile quotes and guide you in making your final selection. We will also work with you to provide a full breakdown of spend to ensure you remain within budget.

Once the interior architecture is confirmed we can move onto the design stage. This is such an exciting process and allows us to work together to achieve designs that fulfill your needs for the space whilst still feeling personal to you.

 

During the project we will have regular site visits to monitor progress and pre empt any issues.​

We will liaise with all third parties throughout the project to ensure everything is sourced, ordered and delivered according to schedule.

Technical specs will be curated covering everything from lighting, plumbing, joinery through to tile plans and these will be actioned with the construction team.

​​We will oversee installation of all key fittings and be on hand for any day to day queries throughout the build from start to finish. Leaving you ready to sit back and enjoy your new home.
